QuoteMate is a quoting app for UK tradespeople. You describe a job out loud, it writes an itemised, professional quote, and you send it to your customer by email, WhatsApp or text. Your customer can accept it with one tap. Your first 5 quotes are free, then it's £12.99 a month.
Who is QuoteMate for?
Sole traders and small firms in the trades: builders, plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, painters and decorators, roofers, joiners and landscapers. If you quote for jobs at people's homes, it's built for you.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. If you can send a voice note, you can use QuoteMate. Tap the mic, talk about the job, check the numbers and send.
What happens after my 5 free quotes?
Subscribe for £12.99 a month for unlimited quotes. You get a 7-day free trial when you do, and you can cancel anytime. No contract.
Can I change the prices before I send?
Always. The draft is yours to edit. Change any line, add or remove items, or switch to a single total.
What does my customer see?
A clean, professional quote with your business details. They can accept it with one tap and you'll know straight away.
Can QuoteMate add VAT to my quotes?
Yes. If you're VAT registered, turn on VAT in your business settings and add your rate and VAT number. QuoteMate adds VAT to each line and shows the net, VAT and total on the quote. If you're not registered, leave it off.
How long is a quote valid for?
30 days by default, and the date is printed on the quote. You can change it on any quote before you send.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. Until then, QuoteMate runs in your phone's browser, so there's nothing to install to get started.
